中華人民共和国教育部：『全日制義務教育の音楽課程の標準（試行案）』

中華人民共和国教育部は2000年に日本の『学習指導要領』にあたる『課程標準』を制定した。『課程標判は2002年までが試行期間とされている。これはそれ以前の『教学大綱』を現在の中国の教育事情に合わせて改訂したものであり，社会的な変動を受けて理念や構成方法なども大きく変えられている。試行案とはいうものめ，今後の中国の教育施策の基本となるものとして提示されている。しかしながら，日本においては音楽の『課程標準』に関する論評はこれまで断片的なものしか出されていない。全体像を把握することは音楽教育研究にとって重要であると考え，ここに『全日制義務教育の音楽課程の標準（試行案）』全文を日本語に翻訳した。
