| Title Alternative | Study on Correlation Between Concentration of Plasma Cortisol and Fat Deposit in Eye-muscle in Finished Steers of Japanese Black Breed

| Abstract | 牛肉の脂肪交雑に対するCortの効果をみるために,黒毛和種去勢肥育牛30頭を用いて此の研究を実施した. ヘパリン化と血から採った血漿のCortおよび他の6種のホルモン,7種の脂質,遊離脂肪酸,総蛋白質,無機燐,Ca,Mgなどの濃度を測定した. 血漿Cortの平均濃度は3.23±0.29μg/mlであった. Cortの濃度はエステル型コレステロール濃度と非常に高い有意な負の相関があり,中性脂肪の濃度と有意な正相関があった. Cortと枝肉ロース芯の脂肪交雑の間には相関はみられなかった. Cortと脂肪交雑の関係をCortと測定した諸物質の濃度の関係から論議した。
