Abstract 2018年12月より「SiEED（シード）」という名称でスタートした岡山大学起業家精神養成プログラムは、2020年3月末をもって寄付講座という形を終了した。全学教育・学生支援機構基幹教育センター実践部門では、その方針を引き継ぐ形でアントレプレナーシップ（起業家精神）養成を試みる科目を開講し、「プロジェクト・セロ（実践編）」と名付けた。 本稿では同名称で開校した2科目の授業について、授業実践と履修者の意識と行動の変容に関する考察を報告する。授業では企業経験のある協力者を学外から招き、課題解決型学習(PBL)の題材を提供していただいた。授業内では複数のグループを編成して課題解決のための企画立案に取り組み、企画立案プロセスは実務経験のある教員が始動した。自己評価アンケートの結果、学生には実行力、課題解決力、ストレスコントロール力が備わったという意識変容が見られた

Abstract Corticosterone, the glucocorticoid in rodents, is released from adrenal cortex in response to stress. Sometimes, for use in experiments, infants may be separated from their mother mouse. We studied the stress of mother mouse when she separates from infants. As a result, the concentration of corticosterone in the blood of the mother mouse tended to increase, by pulling her infants apart. In the case of using infant mice for animal experiments, it was suggested that it is necessary to consider the maternal stress.

Abstract 　ストレス感受性は，ネガティブな環境刺激に応じてネガティブ感情を経験する傾向のことである。本研究の目的は，学校生活場面に焦点をあて，学校ストレス感受性に関連する出来事（場面）を収集してネガティブ感情との関連から分類することである。公立中学校１年生31名（男子17名，女子14名）を対象に，代表的なネガティブ感情を具体的に提示したうえで，学校ストレス感受性に関連する出来事（場面）について自由記述による回答を求めた。KJ法を援用し，コレスポンデンス分析およびクラスター分析の結果，19の小カテゴリーは「イライラ・怒り群」「落ち込み・悲しみ群」「恥・緊張群」「不安・恐怖群」の４つの群に分類された。今後，この分類に適合する項目を準備し，尺度を作成していく必要がある。

Abstract 本研究では，大1コンフュージョンに陥りやすい大学新入生の様々な特徴について調べることを目的に，日常生活スキル尺度（大学生版），意欲低下領域尺度，心理的ストレス反応尺度との関連について検討した。相関分析の結果，大1コンフュージョン（大学生活全般）は，8種類のライフスキルおよび「学業意欲低下」とはほぼ無関連であったが，「授業意欲低下」，「大学意欲低下」および3種類のストレス反応とは中程度の正の相関がみられた。また大1コンフュージョン（一人暮らし）は，8種類のライフスキルおよび「学業意欲低下」，「大学意欲低下」，「不機嫌・怒り」とはほぼ無関連であったが，「授業意欲低下」，「抑うつ・不安」，「無気力」とは弱い正の相関がみられた。今後，スケジュール管理スキルや援助要請スキル等，今回測定できていないが大学適応に重要と考えられるライフスキルと，大1コンフュージョンとの関連についても検討を行う必要がある。
