| Abstract | 小麦,米にその貯穀害虫の殺虫に必要な量の放射線を照射した時にその脂質に起る変化を調べる目的で,小麦は“マニトバ”と“農林61号”,米は“ささしぐれ”にCo-60を線源としてγ-線を照射し,照射直後及び照射後60日間温室貯蔵した後に脂質について,化学的性質及び脂質酸構成比を調べた. この結果,小麦については50Krad,米については200Kradまでのγ-線照射は60日間以内では,その脂質に殆んど栄養を与えないことを明らかにした。
