| Title Alternative | A case of immune checkpoint inhibitor-associated colitis treated with infliximab |

| Abstract | A 52-year-old Japanese man diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer initiated chemotherapy with tremelimumab, durvalumab, nanoparticle albumin-bound paclitaxel, and carboplatin. On the fourth day of the first treatment course, he developed a fever, followed by watery diarrhea exceeding 10 episodes per day and bloody stools the next day. Immunotherapy-related adverse event colitis was diagnosed through CT scans and colonoscopy examinations. Despite the ineffectiveness of systemic steroid administration, prompt alleviation of symptoms was achieved through the administration of infliximab. In our case, the patient developed Grade 3 diarrhea, prompting the initiation of intravenous prednisolone at 80mg/day in accordance with guidelines. However, symptom improvement was not attained. In situations where symptoms persist beyond three days despite systemic steroid administration, the consideration of adjunctive infliximab use at a dosage of 5mg/kg becomes necessary. |

| Abstract | 本稿の目的は，高校における通級による指導の導入期に着目し，校内体制の整備過程に生じた検討課題を明らかにするとともに，それに対する通級担当者による説明の特徴を捉えることであった。第一に，主な検討課題として「導入の是非」「従来の校内組織との関係」「既存の放課後の取組との関係」「従来の単位認定との関係」「障害という要配慮個人情報の取扱い」「通級による指導を生徒が希望していない場合の対応」が生じていた。第二に，通級担当者は，事例校の実情を参考に質問の背景を推測した上で説明を行うという特徴があった。結論として，校内体制の整備を円滑に進めるためには，通級による指導の導入が現在の各高校の取組等にいかなる影響があるのかを明らかにすること，自校にとって望ましい校内体制を模索するために学校の状況を共通理解することの重要性が示唆された。 |

| Abstract | 本研究は，20世紀後半におけるリーダーシップ育成理論の変遷をたどりながら，現在のリーダーシップ育成の特質と課題を明らかにしようとするものである。20 世紀後半のリーダーシップ論は，Stogdilの特質論アプローチに始まり，やがて個人の特性ではなく状況に注目した論が展開される。Fiedlerの状況論アプローチは，リーダーが力を発揮できる条件を明らかにした。そして，Burnsの変革型リーダーシップ論が登場する。さらに，Walumbwaのオーセンティック・リーダーシップ論は，リーダーが自分に従う者と信頼できる関係を構築することを重視する理論である。本研究では，状況意識と自己意識という概念を用いて，この変遷を分析した。最後に。以上の考察をふまえて，最後にグローバル・リーダー育成のフレーム・ワーク構築のため示唆について考察した。 |

| Abstract | キャリア自律を推進する企業が増えているが，その一方で各種の支援施策が離職や人材流出を招く懸念も指摘されている。本研究では，就業者が抱くキャリア自律の志向性を考慮した分析を行い，キャリア支援施策の活用度と職場定着に関わる心理的変数との関連を検討した。若年就業者255 名のWeb調査への回答の分析から，キャリア支援施策は離職意思の抑制と組織コミットメントの向上という職場定着に有益な効果を持つことが示された。またその効果は，就業者が業界内や専門分野での活躍など広い視野をもつ専門キャリア志向を抱く場合に，より顕著に表れることが示唆された。 |

| Abstract | 本研究の目的は，生徒のwell-being及び強みへの注目の向上を目的とした強み介入を１時間の学級活動と事前事後の学習活動として実践し，その教育成果について検証すること及び他者の強みへの注目の変化の要因について探索的に検討することであった。分析対象は，公立中学校の生徒４クラス105 名（男子56 名，女子45 名，未回答４名）であり，１群事前事後テストデザインで検証した。その結果，生徒のwell-beingと自他の強みへの注目の向上は確認されなかった。また，他者の強みへの注目の変化によって３群（低下群・維持群・向上群）にわけ，群と学習の感想で書かれた自由記述の関連を検討した結果，他者の強みへの注目の変化には，①強みを見つける対象者との関係性，②強み介入時のポジティブ感情の経験，③自他の多様な強みへの気付き，④多様性を尊重する態度の４点が関係していた。最後に，本研究の結果をモデリングの発達差に着目して考察し，今後の強み介入の展望について議論した。 |
