岡山大学経済学会 Acta Medica Okayama 2433-4146 57 3 2026 地域間での情報交流に関するネットワーク分析：高梁川流域圏での調査による 11 40 EN Ryohei Nakamura Natsumi Yokota 10.18926/OER/70262 　本稿では，岡山県の「高梁川流域連携中枢都市圏」で2014年から開催されている「高梁川流域経済成長戦略会議」における参加主体間の情報交流についてのネットワーク分析を行った。高梁川流域連携中枢都市圏（高梁川流域圏）とは，岡山県高梁川周辺に位置する現在の新見市，高梁市，総社市，早島町，倉敷市，矢掛町，井原市，浅口市，里庄町，笠岡市の10自治体が参加している連携中枢都市圏である。高梁川流域圏におけるネットワーク分析に際しては，同圏域内で展開されている事業を８つに分類し，それぞれの事業に関する参加主体間の情報交流についてアンケート調査を行った。ネットワーク指標については事業ごとに次数中心性と媒介中心性の中心性指標を，また事業別に密度，推移性，相互性を算出した。事業別にみると，観光事業についての情報交流が最も密なネットワーク構造をしており，ネットワークの視点では観光事業が高梁川流域圏内で最も勢力的に行われている事業といえる。また全事業において特定の行政主体や商工会議所をはじめとする地域経済団体等の中心性指標が全体的に大きな値をとっており，ネットワークにおいて情報交流のハブや情報の集中・分散主体として機能していることが明らかになった。分析結果を踏まえ，ネットワークの視点から高梁川流域圏の今度の地域振興について２点提言した。１つは事業によって情報交流のハブや情報の集中・分散主体を主体間で分担することによって，すべての事業で密なネットワークを築くことを目指すことである。もう１つは高梁川流域圏の情報交流ネットワークに全く参加していない主体をなくすことで，全体的に密なネットワークを目指すことである。 No potential conflict of interest relevant to this article was reported.

大阪府保険医協会 Acta Medica Okayama 54 713 2026 『光が見える』人工網膜の可能性 ― 有機色素分子を部材とする世界初の医療機器「光電変換色素薄膜型人工網膜OUReP」 13 21 EN Toshihiko Matsuo Tetsuya Uchida Hiroshi Ishikane 　網膜色素変性や加齢黄斑変性では、光を細胞膜電位に変換する網膜視細胞が死んでいるが、視神経として脳に連絡する神経節細胞は生き残っている。人工網膜は視細胞を代替する人工物で、光を受け電流を出力する電極アレイ型が主流であるが、電流は拡散するため解像度向上が難しい。そこで人工網膜の解像度向上を目指して、光を電位差に変換する光電変換色素分子を絶縁体のポリエチレン薄膜表面に共有結合した光電変換色素薄膜型の人工網膜OURePを開発してきた。この人工網膜OURePは光受容と電位出力の一体型で外部起電力は不要、手術では薄膜を鋏で切って眼内に植込む大きさを自由に選べる。使い捨てインジェクタを使って薄膜を丸め眼球の網膜下に硝子体手術で植込み、網膜下に植込んだ人工網膜OURePは光を受けて電位差を出力し隣接する網膜組織の神経細胞の活動電位を誘発する。クリーンルームで製造品質管理を行い、安全性と有効性を証明して、医師主導治験を準備している。今後、日本の国民皆保険が維持できるよう比較安価な適正価格の人工網膜治療を提供したい。 No potential conflict of interest relevant to this article was reported.

However, there are issues such as lower strength than annealed α+β structure and decreasing damping capacity due to heating until 400 K. Therefore, in this study, to address these issues, we investigated the effect of Al addition on the constituent phases and material properties of Ti-18Nb-xAl alloys. The crystal structure was determined by examining the lattice constant and unit volume using X-ray diffraction, and optical microscopy was also performed. The material properties were investigated by Vickers hardness, Young’s modulus, internal friction, tensile tests, and DSC measurements. Vickers hardness and tensile strength increased with increasing Al content. This is thought to be due to the combined effects of the refinement of the microstructure and solid-solution strengthening due to Al addition. The Young’s modulus increased slightly from 0Al to 1Al, but increased significantly to 4Al. Internal friction was highest for 0Al and decreased for 4Al, whereas 7Al showed a higher value than 1Al. In the DSC heating curves, there was a decrease in the exothermic peak starting temperature and an increase in the phase-transformation heat with the addition of Al, except for 1Al. It was suggested that these changes in Ti-18Nb-xAl alloys were influenced by the structure of the quenched α” phase, texture, and pseudoelasticity or phase transformation by deformation. While it is known that the energy levels at the donor/acceptor (D/A) interface affect the VOC, the impact of aggregation patterns on the energy levels at the D/A interface has not been fully elucidated. Herein, we focus on ITIC, a widely used acceptor in OSCs, and designed a meta-linked isomer of ITIC (referred to as im-ITIC) to alter molecular symmetry and modify substitution arrangements. Concentration-dependent 1H NMR spectra revealed that im-ITIC shows stronger aggregation behavior in solution. Single-crystal X-ray analysis showed that im-ITIC forms both tail-to-tail (J-aggregation) and face-to-face (H-aggregation) stacking modes, whereas ITIC exclusively forms tail-to-tail stacking. OSCs based on PBDB-T:im-ITIC showed a high VOC value of 1.02 V, which is 0.12 V higher than that of those based on PBDB-T:ITIC. Time-resolved infrared measurements revealed the lifetime of free electrons for the pristine and blend films. The energy levels of the charge transfer state (ECT) for PBDB-T:im-ITIC- and PBDB-T:ITIC OSCs were determined to be 1.57 and 1.39 eV, respectively, correlating with the VOC values. Theoretical calculations indicated that pronounced H-aggregation in im-ITIC increases the ECT compared with J-aggregation, contributing to the improved VOC. This study underscores the critical impact of molecular aggregation patterns on energy alignment and VOC enhancement, offering insights into molecular design for achieving high VOC in OSCs. Instead, dim visible light from black-body radiation and bioluminescence illuminates hydrothermal vent areas in the deep sea. A deep-sea hydrothermal vent shrimp, Rimicaris hybisae, is thought to detect this dim light using its enlarged dorsal eye; however, the molecular basis of its photoreception remains unexplored. Here, we characterized the molecular properties of opsins, universal photoreceptive proteins in animals, found in R. hybisae. Transcriptomic analysis identified six opsins: three Gq-coupled opsins, one Opn3, one Opn5, and one peropsin. Functional analysis revealed that five of these opsins exhibited light-dependent G protein activity, whereas peropsin exhibited the ability to convert all-trans-retinal to 11-cis-retinal like photoisomerases. Notably, all the R. hybisae opsins, including Opn5, convergently show visible light sensitivity (around 457–517 nm), whereas most opsins categorized as Opn5 have been demonstrated to be UV sensitive. Mutational analysis revealed that the unique visible light sensitivity of R. hybisae Opn5 is achieved through the stabilization of a protonated Schiff base by a counterion residue at position 83 (Asp83), which differs from the position identified in other opsins. These findings suggest that the vent shrimp R. hybisae has adapted its photoreceptive devices to dim deep-sea hydrothermal light by selectively maintaining a repertoire of visible light–sensitive opsins, including the uniquely tuned Opn5. 岡山大学大学院社会文化科学研究科・心理相談室 Acta Medica Okayama 2758-6138 20 2022 サザンプトン・マインドフルネス質問票日本語版(SMQJ)作成の試み 1 8 EN 10.18926/66631 　本研究では，マインドフルネスを測定するために開発された「サザンプトン・マインドフルネス質問票Southampton Mindfulness Questionnaire：SMQ」の日本語版（SMQJ）を作成し，初段階の信頼性と妥当性の検討を行った。SMQJを構成する16項目のα係数はα=.73で，まずまずの信頼性が得られた。SMQJと日本語版MAASとの相関係数はr=.27と，有意ではあるが低く，これはMAASが測定する傾向とSMQJが測定するものとの相違による結果だと思われた。SMQJと，Galexで測定されるアレキシサイミアとの相関については，SMQJと「体感・感情の認識不全」がr=.30の有意な相関を示したが，「空想・省察の不全」とは無相関であった。また，SMQJの因子分析の結果，２因子が抽出されたが，この因子分析によってSMQJの項目の１つについて日本語訳を修正する必要性が示唆された。 No potential conflict of interest relevant to this article was reported.

岡山大学大学院社会文化科学研究科・心理相談室 Acta Medica Okayama 2758-6138 18 2020 教育実習生における感情労働の継時変化と精神的疲労の関連 7 13 EN 10.18926/66630 　本研究では，教育実習生における感情労働の継時変化を把握するとともに，それが精神的疲労感とどのように関連しているかについて明らかにすることを目的とした。教育実習生140名を対象とし，実習１週、４週の終期に感情労働とPOMSによる精神的疲労感の測定を行った。その結果、感情労働は「指導的感情表出」において上昇し，POMS得点では，いずれの下位尺度でも得点の低下を示した。また，POMS得点と感情労働の関係では，「自己感情表出の操作」が２回の調査を通じ，一貫してPOMS得点に影響していた。これらをうけ，実習生の感情労働の獲得，その心理的役割についての教育の必要性について検討が行われた。 No potential conflict of interest relevant to this article was reported.

岡山大学大学院教育学研究科・心理教育相談室 Acta Medica Okayama 2185-5129 13 2015 抑うつ認知モデルによる児童の登校回避感情の検討 23 29 EN 10.18926/66617 　不登校の背景にある登校回避感情は，自尊感情の低さや友人関係上の問題，学業の問題など，抑うつ症状を示す児童と類似した心理的特徴を持つ。そこで本研究では，西日本の公立小学校の４～６年生344名を対象に，Beckら (1979) の抑うつ認知モデルにより児童の登校回避感情説明することで，登校回避感情がどのような過程で生起するか検討した。その結果，登校回避感情の生起には，非機能的態度をもつ者がストレスフルな出来事を経験したとき，ネガティブな自動思考とポジティプな自動思考のいわばバランスの崩れが影響していることが明らかとなった。今後は，児童の抑うつ生成過程における素因ストレスモデルと，本研究で作成されたモデルを明確に比較論じるためには，今後登校回避感情生起過程におけるストレス要因を考慮したモデルとの対照検討が必要であると考えられた。 No potential conflict of interest relevant to this article was reported.

岡山大学大学院教育学研究科・心理教育相談室 Acta Medica Okayama 2185-5129 9 2011 「携帯メール依存性尺度」の構成 25 31 EN 10.18926/66607 　本研究では携帯電話の電子メール機能の過剰な使用傾向を測定する「携帯メール依存性尺度」の作成を試みた。大学生320名に対し、先行研究等から収集した64項目にもとづいた調査を実施し、６因子38項目からなる尺度が構成された。各因子はそれぞれ「心理的依存」「生活への障害」「返信への過剰反応」「孤独感の回避」「メールコミュニケーションの優先」「使用不能状態への不安」と命名された。これらの因子はいずれも形携帯メールヘの依存状態を表現する内容と考えられ、一定程度の信頼性、妥当性が確認された。今後は携帯メール依存状態がよりリスキーな中高生に対する適用可能性についてさらなる検討が必要であると考えられた。 No potential conflict of interest relevant to this article was reported.

岡山大学教育学部附属教育実践総合センター心理教育相談室 Acta Medica Okayama 2185-5129 5 2007 統制困難な感情体験の評価について―非自律性尺度の作成― 9 14 EN 10.18926/66595 　高校生男女431名を対象に，統制困難な感情体験を評価する尺度を再構成した．その結果「内的混乱」「依存」「無力感」の３因子14項目からなる非自律性尺度が構成された．Cronbach のα係数を求めたところ十分な内部一貫性が確認され，構成概念妥当性が検証された． また本尺度は「内的混乱」「無力感」からなる感情体験の統制不能感とそれに起因する「依存」という２段階の特徴を示す尺度であると考えられた．性差については， 「依存」において女子の方が有意に高い得点を示していた．このことが男子よりも女子にリスクのある食行動を生じさせやすい一因となっている可能性があると考えられた． No potential conflict of interest relevant to this article was reported.

More often, the innovation processes referred to here seem to be the perceived needs for transformation faced with external pressures and the purposive responses to them. This article tries to depict this discourse from a different viewpoint. One of the perspectives that has been proposed so far is that the external environments are made up of multiple actors, and that the historical backgrounds and the relationships between these actors affect the structure of administrative organizations and the methods of providing public services. The transformation processes could be one-time events no matter how long the processes may take, but this article tries to argue they may connote a circular mechanism where both of the administrative organizations and the external actors feedback to each other. In order to elaborate this direction of theorizing, three steps are employed by applying existent literature of various types developed in rather a broader context of social sciences. First, if one of the goals of postmodern theorization is liberating the psychological energies of actors from the cramped social reality that structuralists postulated, then Actor-Network-Theory may be useful. Second, according to Sarasbathy’s research on entrepreneurial behaviors, the view that we effectuate our future through what we can do now is attractive in order to create a new discourse of social innovations, where we appreciate them as not springing out of nowhere all of sudden. Third, once this article accepts polyphonic views on social realities where congested discourses interact during abovementioned process, the role of civic entrepreneurs on the frontline can never be overstated enough. This is because such civic entrepreneurs could cooperate with minority opinions and raise them into broader contexts of dialogues within societies. One of the four manned islands, Nakanoshima, which has an area of 33.43 ㎢ and a circumference of 89.1 km, is called Ama Town as a basic municipality, and it is said that about 7,000 people lived around 1950 at its peak time. The number is, however, currently less than 2,300. The population by over 60 reaches 47.73% and the islanders call this situation a "microcosm of Japan." The climate is relatively warm, and it is a semi-agricultural and semi-fishing island. As is often the case, a traditional local food became the detonator of the island revitalization. The recent popular souvenir "Sazae Curry" was once a home-cooked dish for the islanders using turban shells and delivers the exquisiteness particular to the land and nostalgia of a sort. This is, however, memorabilia of the old days when the "Sazae" was a substitute meat for unwealthy fishermen. Today, on the contrary, the island's agriculture, forestry and fisheries has become known to deliver local specialities such as Oki beef of range cattle, farmed rock oysters from the natural coves, and squids that utilize the latest quick-freezing technology, etc. This economic restructuring is not the only achievement that the administrative reform of Ama Town has demonstrated, which also covers local finance and public education. As a business case, this paper provides a clearer picture of the process of the reform that was initiated in 2000s by the former town mayor, Michio Yamauchi. Acta Medica Okayama 2022 戦国大名分国およびその周辺地域における領域支配の研究 : 研究成果報告書 EN Ryosuke Murai Graduate School of Education, Okayama University 本研究は、戦国期の大名分国の領域支配のあり方から、権力構造の特質を明らかにすることを目的としている。戦国大名権力については、「家中」に対する支配と、大名「家中」に包摂されない自立的な戦国領主（国衆）に対する支配の「二重構造」が指摘されるが、自立的な戦国領主による「領」支配と、大名が「家中」や一門から任命した支城主による支城領支配には共通性もみられ、支城主が一定の自立性をもつ場合もある。こうした自立的な領域支配は、大名の分国支配・防衛のための必要性から生じる側面があり、そこに戦国期の権力構造の特質を見出すことができると考える。よって、その観点から戦国領主と支城主を分析することで、大名権力の構造の解明を試みるものである。 No potential conflict of interest relevant to this article was reported.

岡山大学法学会 Acta Medica Okayama 0386-3050 71 3・4 2022 宗教を論じる政治的審議は二度ベルを鳴らす ―セシール・ラボルドの最小限世俗主義について 347 402 EN Hidetomi Omori 近年、宗教が法や政治に関わる場面が増えており、宗教の公的容認をめぐって様々な問題が取り沙汰されている。従来宗教は、政教分離や信教の自由などの憲法上の原則にのっとり、政治領域に関与しないものとして扱われてきた。しかし、こうした従来の公私区分論では「宗教だけがなぜ特別に扱われるのか」、「宗教はどこまで公的に容認されるのか」などの問題が残される。従来の区分論を再構成しつつ政治的審議という設定を組み入れて、これらの問題を克服しようとするのがラボルドの最小限世俗主義である。この考えの下では、宗教は、政治的審議の場において、第一段階で誰にも理解可能な理由やインテグリティの根拠に基づくことが示される限りで議題としての参入が認められ、第二段階でリベラルな実体的諸価値と両立すると是認される場合に、特別に扱われ公的に容認される、と考えられる。それは、一方で従来の区分論よりも宗教に包容的な立場だと評される。しかし他方で、それは審議の第一段階で広く宗教を受け入れながらも、第二段階でリベラルな実体的価値に反する宗教を振るい落とす点で、従来の区分論を審議の二つの段階に移植する形で引き継いでいると評される。 No potential conflict of interest relevant to this article was reported.

Since the express way connecting several islands between Hiroshima and Ehime prefecture was placed in use in 1999, it has always been a valuable means of transportation for islanders and commuters to date. In addition, with the proactive efforts made by local governments, such as Imabari City, Onomichi City, let alone with the central and prefectural governments, it has come to be acknowledged to be a sanctuary for sport cyclists. Eventually, it attracts attentions from all over Japan as a successful benchmark for both businesspeople as well as policy makers who are interested in destination management practices as part of promotion policies of reginal economies. This eventual success, however, had not been envisioned as such for a long time since the commencement of its public usage. It would rather seem that the plan had taken on its shape after a long period of many twists and turns. Furthermore, while local governments have been closely cooperating with different types of stakeholders including the actual islanders to promote the development plans, their ways of thinking are still far from unanimous. The purpose of this article is to provide business and policy students with materials that draw lessons for viewing lengthy socioeconomic processes like this case which eventually converted a nation-level, large-scale infrastructure development plan into an area-specific destination management project.
