音楽が情動におよぼす影響と音楽的行動の発達 : 広汎性発達障害児に対する音楽を用いた支援のための知見

Abstract	本研究では，音楽を用いた支援を行う際の基礎的条件になると考えられる音楽の三要素が，情動におよぼす影響について検討し，さらに，乳幼児期の音楽的行動の発達についても既報論文に基づいて展望的研究を行った。リズムは人と人との情動的結びつきを強化させ，メロディーは安心や懐かしさを感じさせ，ハーモニーは心理的あるいは身体的な緊張と弛緩を生み出すことが示唆された。音楽的行動の発達では，スプーンでものを口に運ぶ18か月ごろからタンバリンを振り鳴らす行動が見られ，ひもを結ぶなど手指の分化が著しくなる5 歳ごろから旋律楽器での分担奏が可能となることなどが示唆された。効果的な支援を行うためには，音楽の三要素の特性を理解し情動的影響を企図した支援を行なうこと，音楽的行動の発達過程を参考に対象児の音楽的技術の獲得水準を判断した楽器や曲の選択が重要であることを提言した。
