| Abstract | 平成2年度改正の新カリキュラムで学んだ学生と旧カリキュラムで学んで学生間に、卒業時の基礎看護技術の到達度に違いがあるかを明らかにするために、看護技術の基本的要素、日常生活の援助技術、診療時の援助技術の49項目の到達度について、3年制課程の3年生に質問紙調査を行った。対象者全体では、到達度の上位10位以内に日常生活の援助技術項目の37％が含まれ、到達度の下位10位以内に診療時の援助技術項目の37％が含まれていた。新カリキュラム群と旧カリキュラム群の比較では、21項目に有意差があった。新カリキュラム群の高い15項目は日常生活の援助技術と看護技術の基本的要素に関するものが多く、旧カリキュラム群が高い6項目は診療時の援助技術が多かった。カリキュラム改正に関係なく、日常生活の援助技術の到達度は高く診療時の援助技術は低い傾向にあったが、カリキュラム改正後はその傾向が強まり、さらに看護技術の基本的要素の到達度はカリキュラム改正後に比較的高くなっていることが明らかになった。新カリキュラムでは臨地実習時間を削減しているが、基礎教育で重視する日常生活の援助技術と看護技術の基本的要素は習得できていると考えられる。 |

| Abstract | 看護学生が自己の体験を通じて得た食習慣の改善や患者教育に関する考えを明らかにした。短大看護学科2年生84人を対象に自記式アンケート調査を行い，19歳～21歳の学生73名について分析を行った。栄養学の学習を終えた学生に通常の1日分の栄養摂取量を計算させ，それをもとにそれぞれの食習慣改善計画を立てさせ実行させた。1ヵ月後，再度摂取量の計算をさせて，前回の結果との比較の上で，自分の体験の評価をさせた。その結果，学生が主に考えたことは以下の3点に集約された。①食品の求めやすさや調理の方法の簡単さが食習慣の改善には重要である。②食習慣の改善が困難となるのは，知識の不足や意志の持続性と関連することである。③食習慣の改善の動機づけになるのは，そのことの意義を知ったり，自分の栄養摂取量を点検することである。学生は，食習慣の改善の困難さや容易さおよび患者の栄養指導における留意点について理解していた。 |

| Abstract | ヘルスプロモーションの理念にそって，住民組織，行政，研究グループが協働して，住民の生活の質の向上をめざした地域保健活動の展開を計画した。まず，休眠状態にあった岡山県M町の健康づくり推進協議会（以下M町協議会と略す）を活性化するため，協議会の委員18人を対象に聴き取り調査を行い，次に，M町協議会でのディスカッションを深めた。1．M町協議会構成団体のうち住民組織は9組織で，このうち6組織は居住地域内の住民の推薦や輪番で代表を選出しており，他の3組織は任意であった。8組織の事務局は行政機関内にあり，活動経費の公費補助率は70％以上であった。2．委員の描く理想の町のイメージとして，福祉の充実した町で老後も安心できるという内容を含んだ回答が多かった。それを実現する為に，住民一人一人が自己管理意識を持つと同時に，協議会が支援的な活動を身近なところで展開することの必要性が挙げられた。3．M町協議会活動への委員の期待は大きく，協議会内での委員間の意思疎通も次第に深められた。事前に聴き取り調査を行ったこと等が効果的に影響したと考えられた。 |

| Abstract | 原発性小腸悪性リンパ腫は，術前診断が困難で予後が悪い，比較的希な疾患である。我我の症例は60歳の男性で，右下腹部痛にて来院し，急性虫垂炎の診断で手術を施行した。手術時，回腸末端部より10cm口側に潰瘍性病変を認め，クローン病を疑って回盲部切除を施行した。病理組織検査にて悪性リンパ腫，difuse，medium sized cell typeと診断され，広範回腸切除を含む右記結腸切除及び所属リンパ節郭清を行った。リンパ節転移は認めず，stage I，治癒切除と考えられた。術後7カ月現在，再発の徴候無く外来通院中である。本症は5年生存率22～40％と茅後の悪い疾患であるが，stage I・IIとstage III・IV，治癒切除と非治癒切除の生存率には明かな差があり，早期の診断と根治切除の重要性を示唆している。また本症は，緊急手術を要する場合や自験例のごとく急性虫垂炎の診断で手術を受けることが少なからずあると思われ，根治切除に確信のもてない場合は再手術をためらってはならないと考える。 |

| Abstract | This paper describes the prediction of seepage in the impervious zones of six embankment dams by seepage analysis. In addition, by making use of the available monitored pore water pressure data of the first filling of reservoir, back analysis was carried out to estimate the best fit seepage parameters. The estimated parameters were used for further prediction of pore water pressures in subsequent monitored durations with reasonable accuracy. The accuracy of prediction was evaluated quantitatively by the prediction difference and error index. The results show that the error indices in the upstream sides of the impervious zones are smaller than those in the downstream sides. |

| Abstract | 1989年1月より12月までの1年間に当院へ入院した慢性呼吸器疾患患者85例（延べ90例）を対象に，その背景因子，臨床的特徴，および温泉療法の臨床効果について検討を加えた。(1)対象85例のうちわけは，気管支喘息65例，肺気腫4例，肺結核症4例，アレルギー性肉芽腫性血管炎3例，閉塞性細気管支炎3例，気管支拡張症2例，慢性気管支炎2例，過敏性肺臓炎2例であり，昨年度と異なり肺結核がやや多かったことが特徴的であった。(2)これら85症例のうち，温泉療法を受けた症例は63例(74.1％)であった。(3)温泉療 法を受けた症例の地域分布では，鳥取県からの入院症例51例では32例(62.7％)であり，同様に岡山県からの入院症例20例では19例(95.0％)，その他の県からの入院症例14例で12例(85.7％)であった。4．温泉療法の臨床効果は，気管支喘息では51例中著効14例，有効27例，やや有効8例，無効2例であり，明らかな有効例は41例（80.3％)であった。 |

| Abstract | We study a system obtained by coupling a nonlinear oscillator and a stationary system. We analyze the dynamics in a singular limit and show that asymptotically orbitally stable periodic solutions can exist. We also show how a slow oscillation can arise in the coupled system. |

| Abstract | The effect of the quadratic term on the final pattern in Turing model is disscussed numerically. Turing models are non linear reaction diffusion equations. Linear analysis for wave length is very useful to find evolving waves. But when a quadratic term appear in the equation, an initial wave can disappears and changes drastically to a spot which is independent of linear analysis. |

| Abstract | In this paper, Background of Policy of Replacing Agriculture by Afforestation is clarified by means of the relation of the local Agricultural trend due to performance of the policy, united it the influence in the living and agriculture production to farmer in Zhuo Zi Xian. The investigation to the feasibility of the policy is based on the statistics data and the investigation of the agriculture in Inner Mongolia of China. It made "Replacing Agriculture by Afforestation" possible. In order to perform this policy, to prevent retrogradation and develop local Agriculture continuously, technological development and spread in the Sustainable Agriculture, Training of Products processing company and Exploitation of the Products market of Agriculture, Forestry and Stockbreeding should be considered in the future study. |

| Abstract | We have shown that the shish was formed from the oriented melt composed of the elongated chains caused by dust particles within the melt via bundle typed nucleation under flow with low shear rate (γ=5s(-1)). This implies that dust particles effectively cause the elongation of chains within the melt. In this work, we observed the crystallization of polypropylene added with irregular shaped particles under shear flow by means of polarizing optical microscope. We prepared various shaped particles such as confetti-like, spherical and rock-like. We found that the size and asymmetric shape of additive particles play an important role for the acceleration of formation of shish. |

| Abstract | We have investigated the linear cryptanalysis of AES cipher in this article. As the previous encryption standard DES could be broken by the linear cryptanalysis, NIST decided a new encryption standard AES in 2000. We try to analyze one and two rounds AES cipher by the method of the linear cryptanalysis and learn the limits of this mehtod. AES cipher provides a conspicuous difficulty in breaking its keys because of small bias of its S-box. We report the experimental results of success rate and are led to conclusion that this method would not work well on more than 3 rounds to break keys. |

| Abstract | This paper is a research report concerning the hydrodynamic simulation and the structural simulation by a particle approach. The proposal particle method model is introduced in this report, and the calculation example by the calculation code which uses the proposal model is shown. The high possibility of the particle method is shown by calculation examples which is difficult to solve by FDM and FEM. It is shown by caliculation examples of both the hydrodynamic and the structure analysis problems that the proposal model enables us to treat the fluid and the structure in a unified way. |

| Abstract | The Solomon Islands are known as a high endemic region of malaria. The resistance of Plasmodium falciparum to chloroquine has been confirmed since 1980 in the Solomon Islands, and the spread of chloroquine resistance is a big hurdle to malaria control. We have constructured the model for P. falciparum making allowance of chloroquine resistance. We distinguish the infection of resistance strains from that of sensitive strains in both the human and the vector populations. Since the overall parasite rate and the parasite rate of gametocytes for P. falciparum are strongly dependent on age, the human population is divided into 7 age groups in the model. The epidemiological parameters are determined by malariological survey in northeastern Guadalcanal (Ishii et al.) and the sporozoite rate in vector population is assumed as 0.1% based on the entomological study (Harada et al.) Our study aims at estimating the effect of mass drug administration under the presence of drug-resistance and also analyzing the escalation of drug-resistance through the transmission model for P. falciparum which can deal with chloroquine resistance. |

| Abstract | Occurrence of the midget chromosome in a common wheat with rye cytoplasm [(cereale)-Chinese Spring (CS)] indicates that the chromosome carries the essential gene(s) for maintaining the function of rye cytoplasm. To elucidate the interaction between the midget chromosome and rye cytoplasm, in this study, an attempt was made to isolate rye-type cDNAs from a cDNA library of (cereale)-CS by differential screening. Two replica filters from each plate were hybridized with digoxigenin (DIG)-labeled wheat CS cDNAs and with DIG-labeled rye cDNAs,respectively. Out of ca. 20,000 plaques, 27 were hybridized more strongly with rye cDNAs than with CS cDNAs. These clones were classified into six classes (Ⅰ-Ⅵ) by blot hybridization. The majority of the clones (21 out of 27) was belonged to the same class (1), showing rye-type RFLP (restriction fragment length polymorphism). The DNA sequence of clone CrClA in class Ⅰ, was very similar to that of wheat ribulose 1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase,large subnit gene, rbcL(94.5% homology). However, the 3' end of CrClA was shorter than that of wheat rbcL, and terminated at TAA instead of TAG, like the rbcL of Aegilops crassa. In the clone CrC5.4, the first half of the sequence was similar to that of one rice EST clone, the functions of which are not known, and the latter was similar to the reverse sequence of maize 4.5S-23S ribosomal RNA. This suggests that CrC5.4 had been derived from two defferent cDNAs of (cereale)-CS. Three other clones had homology to the chlorophyll a/b binding protein genes (cab) of wheat, maize and tomato, and one to wheat rbcS (ribulose1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase small subnit gene). However, no clear polymorphisms were detected between wheat and rye by using those clones as probes. |

| Abstract | The influences of air temperature, precipitation, number of rainy days and sunshine duration on the crop situation index of wheat, six-rowed barley and two-rowed barley in Okayama prefecture were analyzed by using the data for the 30-year-period of 1966-1995. The crop situation index of these three crops showed high negative correlation with the precipitation in April and a positive correlation with sunshine duration in April. Precipitation over 150 mm or lesser sunshine duration under 190 hrs in April seems to reduce the yield of wheat and barley in Okayama. |

| Abstract | Odontoglossum ringspot virus (ORSV)はJensen＆Gold（1951）によってOdontoglossum grandeにえそ輪紋を生じた病原ウイルスに命名されたが、CattleyaやCymbidiumを中心として広くラン科植物に発生していることが認められている。また、わが国では井上（1966、1983）がCymbidiumからORSVを分離し報告しており、日本でも多種属のラン科植物にORSVの発生が非常に多いことが認められている。シュンラン、カンラン、スルガランなどを含む東洋ラン・Cymbidium属では、かつて葉にモザイク斑を生じた斑紋を”金砂”と呼び非常に珍重されていたが、井上（1984、1990）はこの斑紋がORSVの感染によって生じたものであることを記載した。さらに、井上・呂（1983）は台湾においてもORSVが東洋ランに発生していることを報告している。これらの報告にはウイルスの診断と病徴の記載にとどまり、その病原ウイルスの諸性質についての詳細な記述がなされていなかった。本報告では、葉に軽いモザイク症状を示す東洋ランと呼ばれているスルガラン（Cymbidium ensifolium：蕙蘭）およびカンラン（Cymb. kanran）から検出されたウイルスについて病原学的研究を行ったところ、ORSVと同定されたので、これらの諸性質についての研究結果を報告するとともに、この東洋ラン分離株と既報の洋ランから分離されているORSVおよび同グループのtobacco mosaic virus （TMV）との比較研究を行ったので、それらの結果についても報告する。 |
