契約概念に注目した小学校社会科法教育の授業構成　―第３学年の生産や販売に関する単元の開発を通して―

　本論文は、小学校社会科における市民性教育としての法教育のあり方を検討し、その授業構成原理を明らかにしたうえで、中学年の教育内容である販売の仕事に関する単元開発を行うものである。これまで小学校法教育では、発達心理学の論を基にしながら研究が進められてきたが、小学校社会科法教育としての体系的な研究は十分ではなかった。小学校第３学年の社会科では、第３学年「地域にみられる生産や販売の仕事について」の内容が設定されている。佐藤はスーパーマーケットを教材として小学校社会科で経済概念を形成する授業を開発し、その有効性を検証した。一方で、販売には売買契約のような法的問題も発生する。本論文では、これまでの社会科教育研究において蓄積されてきた法教育論や価値観形成論の成果を踏まえ、スーパーマーケットを教材とした小学校社会科単元開発を行う。

This paper clarifies the Lesson Theory of Law-Related Education as citizenship education in elementary social studies, clarifies the Theory of lesson structure, and develops a unit on sales work in the middle grades. Research has been conducted in elementary Law-Related Education based on the theory of developmental psychology, but systematization as elementary social studies has not been promoted. In the elementary school social studies, the content of the third grade "about the work of production and sales found in the community" is set. Sales equally involve legal issues such as sales contracts. this paper suggests an elementary social studies unit using a supermarket as a teaching material, based on Law-Related Education research accumulated in social studies education research to date.
