Abstract 本研究では，学生が主体的に参加・運営する大学部活動をチームととらえ，その活性化に寄与するチームリーダーシップの影響を検討した。リーダーシップの発揮主体として，部長・キャプテン等の役職者に着目し，先行研究の議論を参考に測定項目を作成した。また“活気あるチーム”の状態をとらえる指標として，Hackman（1987）のチームの効果性の枠組みを基に，集団効力感，心理的安全性，活動意欲，活動満足感の４つを採用した。質問紙調査により，部活動に所属する大学生109名から有効回答が得られた。分析の結果，チームリーダーシップの「建設的な後押し」は集団効力感と活動満足感，「メンバーの意見尊重」は全ての指標を促進する効果を示した。また，「コミュニケーションの促進」は，「メンバーの意見尊重」が集団効力感と心理的安全性を高める機能の下支えをしていることが示唆された。
