| Abstract | 青年・成人の愛着を測定するわが国の質問紙尺度には，大別して，(1) 安定型，回避型，アンビヴァレント型の愛着を測定する尺度，および，(2)（見捨てられ）不安と（親密性）回避を軸として４つの傾向に分ける尺度が存在する。しかし，(1) の３類型尺度には，Bowlby-Ainsworthによる愛着の定義とかけ離れた項目がみられ，(2) の４類型尺度については，不安と回避を軸にして４つの傾向を分ける視点が適切かどうか疑問が残る。本研究では，Bowlby-Ainsworthモデルにおける愛着の定義にできるだけ忠実に項目を作成し，安定型，回避型，アンビヴァレント型の愛着パターンを測定する青年・成人用の尺度を作成し，信頼性と妥当性の検討を行った。作成された「愛着パターン尺度」の因子的妥当性およびα係数は高く，「甘え」および「孤独感」との関連から，ある程度の妥当性が確認された。 |

| Abstract | 乳がんは長期にわたって心身ともに危機をもたらす事態であり，その心理臨床学的援助のあり方が問われている。本論文では，乳がんの女性の心理的特徴と心理臨床学的援助に関する先行研究を概観し，現在の心理的支援の現状を踏まえたうえでその問題点について検討を行った。その中でイメージを用いた心理療法である表現療法がもつ意義を考察するとともに，乳がんを抱えた女性への心理臨床学的援助として表現療法のあり方を検討する研究の必要性を述べ，今後の課題を論じた。 |

| Abstract | 臨床心理学を専攻する大学院において，臨床心理学的面接の訓練の一環として，学生ボランティアを対象にした“試行カウンセリング”が広く実施されている。録音した上で事後に指導者らによって検討されることを対象者（クライエント）にあらかじめ説明し，同意を得て行われる４～５回程度のセッションである。筆者は，試行カウンセリングを実施した大学院生を指導しているが，一般的なセッションに対する指導とはずいぶん勝手が違い， とまどうことも多い。本稿ではその違いに焦点を当て，試行カウンセリングの特性や指導方法について考察を行った。 |

| Abstract | 大学生男女を対象に，個人の内的特性としての一般的な不合理な信念と問題のある食行動傾向の関係を検討した．その結果，従来指摘されていた栄養摂取や体型などの摂食に直接関連する信念ばかりではなく，より一般的な，個人に特性的な不合理な信念が強いほど問題のある食行動の頃向が強いことが明らかになった．加えて性別により問題のある食行動傾向の発現メカニズムや各人が持つ不合理な信念のスタイルが異なること，「感情の混乱」「依存」「無力感」など『コントロール不能感』と問題のある食行動傾向との関連が指摘された． |

| Abstract | 本研究では，学校教員が観察による評定で児童・生徒の生きる力を査定しうる尺度の構成を行った。小・中学校教員に，生きる力を表現している単語を一覧より選択するよう求め，校種別に，採集された単語について生きる力のある児童・生徒のイメージを５件法により評定するよう求めた。その結果，小学生版では「明朗性」「活動性」「親和性」「展望性」の４因子計13項目が，中学生版では「向社会性」「展望性」「楽観性」「創造性」の４因子計16項目がそれぞれ抽出された。いずれの尺度も十分な信頼性と妥当性を有していると思考された。 |

| Abstract | Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is one of the most important cereals, which provides 20% of the world’s food energy. However, its productivity is poorly assessed especially in the global South. Here, we provide a first study to perform a deep learning-based approach for instantaneously estimating rice yield using RGB images. During ripening stage and at harvest, over 22,000 digital images were captured vertically downwards over the rice canopy from a distance of 0.8 to 0.9m at 4,820 harvesting plots having the yield of 0.1 to 16.1 t ha-1 across six countries in Africa and Japan. A convolutional neural network (CNN) applied to these data at harvest predicted 68% variation in yield with a relative root mean square error (rRMSE) of 0.22. Even when the resolution of images was reduced (from 0.2 to 3.2cm pixel-1 of ground sampling distance), the model could predict 57% variation in yield, implying that this approach can be scaled by use of unmanned aerial vehicles. Our work offers low-cost, hands-on, and rapid approach for high throughput phenotyping, and can lead to impact assessment of productivity-enhancing interventions, detection of fields where these are needed to sustainably increase crop production. |

| Abstract | There is a growing concern about the relationship between vancomycin-associated nephrotoxicity (VAN) and concomitant use of nephrotoxins. We examined this relationship by combined retrospective analyses of two real-world databases. Initially, the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS) was analyzed for the effects of concomitant use of one or more nephrotoxins on VAN and the types of combinations of nephrotoxins that exacerbate VAN. Next, electronic medical records (EMRs) of patients who received vancomycin (VCM) at Tokushima University Hospital between January 2006 and March 2019 were examined to confirm the FAERS analysis. An elevated reporting odds ratio (ROR) was observed with increases in the number of nephrotoxins administered (VCM + one nephrotoxin, adjusted ROR (95% confidence interval [CI]) 1.67 [1.51-1.85]; VCM + ≥2 nephrotoxins, adjusted ROR [95% CI] 1.54 [1.37-1.73]) in FAERS. EMRs analysis showed that the number of nephrotoxins was associated with higher incidences of VAN [odds ratio: 1.99; 95% CI: 1.42-2.78]. Overall, concomitant use of nephrotoxins was associated with an increased incidence of VAN, especially when at least one of those nephrotoxins was a renal hypoperfusion medication (furosemide, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and vasopressors). The concomitant use of multiple nephrotoxins, especially including renal hypoperfusion medication, should be avoided to prevent VAN. |
