| Abstract | ポーランドの欧州統合委員会（Urz d Komitetu Integracji Europejskiej : UKIE）は２００８年６月、１４５ページにおよぶ「ポーランドEU 加盟の４年間欧州連合加盟による社会・経済的利益とコストのバランスシート（２００４年５月１日～２００８年５月１日）」（"4 lata cz onkostwa Polski w UE. Bilans korzysci i kosztów spo eczno−gospodarczych zwi zanych z cz onkostwem w Unii Europejskiej. 1 maja 2004 r.− 1 maja 2008 r ."）を発表した。ポーランドの欧州統合委員会は、毎年こうした評価レポートを発表している。しかし、今回のレポートが対象としている期間（２００４年５月１日～２００８年５月１日）には、失業率の大幅低下、労働移民の拡大、シェンゲン協定の適用など、ポーランドのEU 加盟を評価し今後の展望を考える上で重要な要素が含まれている。そこで、この評価レポートの内容を紹介しながら、ポイントを分析したい。 |

| Abstract | 本研究では、近年、証券投資の分野において提案されているファンダメンタルインデックスが市場にもたらす影響に焦点を当て分析を行った。投資家毎にリスク評価の異なる条件下において分析を行った結果、（１）ファンダメンタルインデックスに基づくパッシブ運用が証券投資の手法として有効であること、（２）市場環境によっ てはファンダメンタルに基づくパッシブ運用を行う投資家とリスクを過小評価する投資家が共存しうることなどの示唆に富む現象を見出した。更に、本研究では、投資家の予測精度に焦点を当てた分析も行い、その中で、市場環境によっては予測精度が悪い投資家が市場に存在し続ける可能性のあることなどの興味深い現象も見出した。 |
