Abstract 本研究では，2016 年公表の中央教育審議会答申に基づいて，現在の幼稚園，保育所，認定こども園におけるカリキュラム・マネジメントの特徴を明らかにした上で，それらにおいて必要とされるカリキュラム・マネジメント研修について考察している。まず，保育者に，所属保育施設の保育の全体的計画において，保育の目標・ねらい・内容の連関性が確保できていないことや国のカリキュラム基準に示される保育の内容のすべてが含まれていることを保証できていないことを認識できる研修が必要である。次に，体験的に，本格的なカリキュラム・マネジメントの具体的実現手順を理解する研修が必要である。さらに，職員をその研修全体を自律的に行うことのできる人材に育成する研修が必要である。

Abstract 　本稿はValue in Action Inventory of Strengths（Peterson & Seligman, 2004）の簡易版であるCharacter Strengths Rating Form（CSRF；Ruch, Martínez-Martí, Proyer, & Harzer,2014）を日本語・中国語に翻訳したものである。VIA-ISは人の幸福につながる特性を網羅的に示したもので，６領域24 種類のcharacter strengthsそれぞれに10項目，総計240項目で構成された尺度である。筆者達はこの総数の多さがcharacter strengths研究の発展に関して一種の障害になっていると考えた。この点，Ruchらが開発したCSRFは24 項目しかないため大規模の研究や縦断研究に利用することが期待できる。他方でこの簡易版の各項目の問いはとても長く，その中に西洋文化や哲学的内容に関わる用語が多く含まれており，わかりやすく正確に翻訳することは簡単ではない。そこで本稿では，これを丁寧に日本語・中国語へ翻訳した。これを用いることで，大規模調査だけでなく，国際比較研究や東洋文化をcharacter strengthsの観点で記述する研究の展開が期待できる。

Abstract 　本稿では，音楽授業において，「指揮者が歌うこと」が，教師の指揮表現や生徒の歌唱にどのような変化をもたらすのか検討した。このために，教育学部の合唱授業で，学生３名を学生指揮者として合唱を２回実施し，１回目の合唱終了後，指揮者に対して歌唱レッスンを行った。歌唱レッスンをする前と後の指揮表現に対して，合唱者と指揮者にアンケート調査を行い，指揮者の歌唱が指揮表現及び合唱者に及ぼす効果と影響について考察した。その結果，「指揮者が歌うこと」によって，指揮や合唱で以下のような変化をもたらすことが示された。①自然に，手の動き，口元，表情等，身体全体の動きによる指揮が生まれること。②指揮者の意図する音楽的な表現がより的確に伝わること。③合唱者が音楽の流れに乗りやすくなり，楽しさをより一層感じるようになること。これらのことから，教師は音楽授業の中で自らが歌い，児童生徒たちと歌を共有することで，自然で歌いやすい指揮が生まれ，それにより児童や生徒たちから一層豊かな音楽表現を引き出すことが期待できる。

Abstract 　In this study, a qualitative analysis, Trajectory Equifinality Modeling (TEM), was used to highlight the transformation process of the research awareness of four former doctoral students. The doctoral programs to which the students formerly belonged train researchers and professional educators who are capable of research and practice. The authors describe the trajectory of the students advancing to their respective Equifinality Points through various experiences and possibilities despite fluxes in their research awareness. Citing the TEM diagrams drawn, the authors discuss: 1. The existence of change in the research environment and the reality of the adaptation process. 2. The existence of a period of exploration as a practicing researcher. 3. The meaning of the Obligatory Passage Points for students in doctoral programs in education. Closing the article, the authors examine future issues.

Abstract 近年，わが国の企業ではデジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）の推進を背景に，多様なデジタルツールが職場に導入されている。本研究では，職務遂行チームでデジタルツールを使用して交わされるバーチャルな相互作用に対し，課題特性が及ぼす影響を探索的に検討した。既往知見に基づき，バーチャル性認知（バーチャルな相互作用の指標）や課題特性などに関する質問項目を作成した。Web調査で収集した大都市部の企業に勤務する正社員360 名の回答を分析した結果，課題特性の影響は企業規模に応じて異なる傾向を示した。中小規模の企業では，「相互依存性」や「自律性」の課題特性が相互作用の活性化へ直接的に作用していた。一方，大規模の企業では，「多様性」や「自律性」の課題特性は、デジタルツールの使用が相互作用の活性化をもたらすための限定条件として機能することが示唆された。

Abstract This study looks back on early household consumption research in consumer behavior research and summarizes the challenges in considering the growth of externalized household market. This study shows that the effect of dualearner household to the externalization of household has not been necessarily identifi ed robustly, while the effects of income and life cycle have been identifi ed robustly. The study shows that it is necessary to control the effects of income and lifecycle to understand the effect of dual-earner household to the growth of externalized household market, and it is important to focus on the meanings given to time-saving products in consumption process.
