| Abstract | Let R be a commutative completely primary finite ring with unique maximal ideal J such that J3 = {0} and J2 ̸= {0}. In this paper, we investigate and determine the structure of the group of units U(R) of the ring R of characteristic p3 without giving any conditions on the generators for the maximal ideal J or on the invariants of the ring R.
