| Abstract | Focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH) is a common benign hepatic tumor, typically featuring a central scar with a spoke-wheel pattern on abdominal ultrasound. This case highlights a rare presentation of FNH causing extragastric compression that mimicked a gastric submucosal tumor on esophagogastroduodenoscopy.
