This is a study of the effects that have occurred. Specifically, using the“ Business Japanese” curriculum, which is part of the career education of the “IT + Foreign Language” program, as an example, how students can acquire useful knowledge for job hunting such as Japanese corporate culture, self-understanding, and business manners. We measured the expected value and satisfaction level of this subject as to how it affects the improvement of employment awareness. As a result, by subject, science course students had higher expectations and satisfaction than liberal arts (humanities) course students, and in terms of self-understanding, the average value that was good before taking the course was low, confirming the effectiveness of this course. In addition, for human resources trained by the“ IT + Foreign Language” program, there is a high demand for Japanese language knowledge, and there are many hopes for lesson content, teaching methods, and teaching materials. It also examines the content of the welfare system in terms of social security, company policies, and problems involved in the operation, while comparing them to Japanese companies. Major findings from this research include the followings. (1) In China, companies increasingly regard employee welfare system as important policies (cf: improving the stability of the work force,or employee motivation etc), in human resource management like Japanese. It also examines the content of the programs, such as social environment surrounding the system, company policies, and problems and solutions involved in the operation, as well as the transition of the system after Meiji era. Major findings include the followings. Firstly despite some changes occurred in the system as a result of diversification of employment types and styles and also alteration of company policies, the system itself will be maintained in the future. Secondly, although many companies modified conventional seniority?based salary systems for a retirement program that reflect employees' work contribution more clearly through an adoption of 'point kn-abstract=今日,バブル経済崩壊後の景気回復の兆しも見受けられ,企業は新しい経営スタイルを模索する必要性にせまられている。さらに,従来にもまして企業をとりまく環境は,急速的に変化し,企業には,それらに対して,従業員の意識や行動の変革を意図したいわゆる組織変革行動が常態的に要請されている。このような状況下,我々の研究関心は,企業の組織変革行動が,今日,どのような様相を呈しているのか,そして,それが今日までにどのように変化してきているのか,ということにある。以上の研究関心に基づき,我々は,2006年8月から8月末日にかけて質問票を使用したアンケート調査(以下,「06年調査」と略称する)を行った。この06年調査における具体的な課題は,日本企業が行ってきた組織変革行動の代表的な施策(体系)のひとつであるCI (Corporate Identity)活動を対象にして,第1に,今日の企業の組織変革行動の様相を明らかにすること,第2に,06年調査の結果と,1986年の調査,あるいは1996年の調査とを比較することにより,その活動がどのように変化してきているのかについて明らかにすることである。よって,本稿の目的は,この課題に基づき行った06年調査の調査結果(内容と比較)を報告することにある。ここで,1986年の調査とは,1986年に財団法人企業活力研究所が行った調査(以下,「86年調査」と略称する)である。また,1996年の調査とは,1996年に松田他が行った調査(以下,「96年調査」と略称する。詳細は,松田陽一『企業の組織変革行動』千倉書房,2000年を参照のこと)である。な
