| Abstract | Mice were exposed to 1,000ppm of 1, 1, 1-and 1, 1, 2-trichloroethane (TCE) for one hour, and the organ distribution was examined. The levels of both TCEs in the organs were in the descending order of adipose tissue, the liver and the kidneys. The levels of 1, 1, 2-TCE in adipose tissue and the kidneys were higher than those of 1, 1, 1-TCE, but the level of the former was lower than that of the latter in the liver. The biological half-life of 1, 1, 2-TCE in the organs was longer than that of 1, 1, 1-TCE.
