| Abstract | Leiomyoma of the small intestine is a rare lesion, and most cases are found during operation and during autopsy. This patiant who we reported had a history of melena. Oval filling defect was detected in the jejunum by means of conventional barium examination. The histologic type of this neoplasm could be suggested by its radiologic findings and probed by operation.
