The findings of BAL fluid of IIP and IP with CD were increase of total cell count and increased percent of lymphocytes, neutrophils, eosinophils and basophil/mast cells in comparison with the normal control. The BAL fluid of the patients with IIP and IP with CD in active stage contained a higher proportion of lymphocyte, neutrophil, eosinophil and basophil/mast cell than those in a nonactive stage. Furthermore, an increase of T-cells and Ia positive T-cells was detected in the examination of lymphocyte subpopulation in BAL fluid of patients with IIP, while the lymphocyte subpopulation of peripheral blood showed no significant difference. Cellular components in BAL fluid of IIP patients treated with or without steroids were compared. Under steroid therapy a decrease of total cell count and eosinophil was shown in BAL fluids of patients with IIP. These findings indicate that various cells such as macrophage, lymphocyte, neutrophil eosinophil and basophil/mast cell in lungs play important roles in the pathogenesis of IIP and IP with CD. en-copyright= kn-copyright= en-aut-name=FujitaMichio en-aut-sei=Fujita en-aut-mei=Michio kn-aut-name=藤田道雄 kn-aut-sei=藤田 kn-aut-mei=道雄 aut-affil-num=1 ORCID= affil-num=1 en-affil= kn-affil=岡山大学医学部第二内科学教室 en-keyword=Idiopathic interstitial pneumonia kn-keyword=Idiopathic interstitial pneumonia en-keyword=Bronchoalveolar lavage kn-keyword=Bronchoalveolar lavage en-keyword=Lymphocyte subpopulation kn-keyword=Lymphocyte subpopulation END start-ver=1.4 cd-journal=joma no-vol=104 cd-vols= no-issue=3-4 article-no= start-page=399 end-page=412 dt-received= dt-revised= dt-accepted= dt-pub-year=1992 dt-pub=1992 dt-online= en-article= kn-article= en-subject= kn-subject= en-title=Studis on the pathogenesis of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia Part 1. Sixty three patients with IIP were analyzed in comparison with 43 patietns of interstitial pneumonia due to various diseases such as collagen disease, tuberculosis and chronic obstructive lung disease. Almost half of the patients with IIP were treated with steroids and improvement of interstitial pneumonia was shown only in the patients given steroid therapy. The improvement with steroid therapy was shown to the 50% in acute form of IIP, 32.1% in chronic form of IIP and 36.8% in total. Furthermore, the response of steroid therapy was better in patients with a relatively high oxygen level and high vital capacity and with no honeycombing on the chest X-ray film. These findings indicate the therapeutic effectivesess of steroid therapy in some patients and it should be started in the early stage of the clinical of IIP to obtain a good response rate. en-copyright= kn-copyright= en-aut-name=FujitaMichio en-aut-sei=Fujita en-aut-mei=Michio kn-aut-name=藤田道雄 kn-aut-sei=藤田 kn-aut-mei=道雄 aut-affil-num=1 ORCID= affil-num=1 en-affil= kn-affil=岡山大学医学部第二内科学教室 en-keyword=idiopathic interstitial pneumonia kn-keyword=idiopathic interstitial pneumonia en-keyword=Steroid therapy kn-keyword=Steroid therapy en-keyword=Prognosis of IIP kn-keyword=Prognosis of IIP en-keyword=Chest x-ray finding kn-keyword=Chest x-ray finding END start-ver=1.4 cd-journal=joma no-vol=104 cd-vols= no-issue=3-4 article-no= start-page=387 end-page=398 dt-received= dt-revised= dt-accepted= dt-pub-year=1992 dt-pub=1992 dt-online= en-article= kn-article= en-subject= kn-subject= en-title=Studies on transferrin receptor of macrophages in iron metabolism Part 2. To clarify the changes in TfR under various conditions, radiobinding assay of (125)I-labeled iron-saturated transferrin was performed in alveolar macrophages from 2 patients with idiopathic hemo-chromatosis and iron-overloaded or iron-deficient guinea pigs. Patients with idiopathic hemochromatosis showed a reduction in the Fe-TfR count on alveolar macrophages (5.0×10(4)/cell) as compared to that in healthy individuals (19.88±8.19×10(4)/cell). Concerning the Fe-TfR binding constant, no differnce was observed between patients with idiopathic hemochromatosis and healthy controls. The Fe-TfR count on alveolar macrophages was significantly lower in iron-overloaded guined pigs than in normal cntrols. The count was significantly elevated in iron-deficient guinea pigs. Concerning the Fe-TfR binding constant, none of the iron-overloaded and iron-deficient groups showed any significant difference from the normal controls. These findings suggest that experimentally-induced iron overload and iron deficiency may be autoregulated by intracellular iron levels. en-copyright= kn-copyright= en-aut-name=InadaToshio en-aut-sei=Inada en-aut-mei=Toshio kn-aut-name=稲田俊雄 kn-aut-sei=稲田 kn-aut-mei=俊雄 aut-affil-num=1 ORCID= affil-num=1 en-affil= kn-affil=岡山大学医学部第二内科学教室 en-keyword=Transferrin receptor kn-keyword=Transferrin receptor en-keyword=Hemochromatotis kn-keyword=Hemochromatotis en-keyword=Iron overloaded kn-keyword=Iron overloaded en-keyword=Iron depleted Alveolar macrophage kn-keyword=Iron depleted Alveolar macrophage END start-ver=1.4 cd-journal=joma no-vol=104 cd-vols= no-issue=3-4 article-no= start-page=375 end-page=386 dt-received= dt-revised= dt-accepted= dt-pub-year=1992 dt-pub=1992 dt-online= en-article= kn-article= en-subject= kn-subject= en-title=Studies on transferrin receptor of macrophages in iron metabolism Part 1. To clarify the role of reticuloendothelial cells in iron metabolism, the distribution of transferrin receptors on macrophages in various organs and on peripheral blood monocytes was examined by scanning electron microscopy and radiobinding assay. Radiobinding assay of human alveolar macrophages revealed the presence of 19.88±8.19×10(4) diferric trabsferrin receptors per cell (mean±SD) and a binding constant of 4.42±3.41×10(8)M(-1). Human peritoneal macrophages and macrophages in the thoracic cavity had fewer diferric transferrin receptors (2.68×10(4), 8.10×10(4), 4.3×10(3) and 2.1×10(4) receptors/cell). Peripheral blood monocytes had no diferric transferrin receptors. Diferric transferrin receptors were also found on guinea pig alveolar macrophages (2.25±0.78×10(4)) and peritoneal macrophages (1.6±0.2×10(3)), while they were absent on rat alveolar and peritoneal macro-phages. Scanning electron microscopic findings in guinea pig alveolar macrophages revealed a patch-formed distribution of apotransferrin receptors and diferric transferrin receptors on the characteristic ruffle-covered surface of macrophages. The number of transferrin rece-ptors varied among individual cells even within the same species or same organs. These findings suggest that the macrophages with transferrin receptors in various organs of human and guinea pigs are heterogeneous among different species and cells, and have different functions in iron metabolism. en-copyright= kn-copyright= en-aut-name=InadaToshio en-aut-sei=Inada en-aut-mei=Toshio kn-aut-name=稲田俊雄 kn-aut-sei=稲田 kn-aut-mei=俊雄 aut-affil-num=1 ORCID= affil-num=1 en-affil= kn-affil=岡山大学医学部第二内科学教室 en-keyword=Transferrin receptor kn-keyword=Transferrin receptor en-keyword=RIA kn-keyword=RIA en-keyword=SEM kn-keyword=SEM en-keyword=Macrophage kn-keyword=Macrophage en-keyword=Monocyte kn-keyword=Monocyte END start-ver=1.4 cd-journal=joma no-vol=104 cd-vols= no-issue=3-4 article-no= start-page=365 end-page=374 dt-received= dt-revised= dt-accepted= dt-pub-year=1992 dt-pub=1992 dt-online= en-article= kn-article= en-subject= kn-subject= en-title=A comparative study of the lumbrical muscles in the hand kn-title=手の虫様筋の比較解剖学的研究 en-subtitle= kn-subtitle= en-abstract= kn-abstract=Human amd monkey hands were dissected, together with the forepaws of the dog, rabbit and kangaroo. In the present study, the electron spin resonance (ESR) method was used to measure superoxide dismutase (SOD) in 76 knee synovial fluid samples from rheumatoid knee joints and to compare the results with those of osteoarthritic knee joints and postraumatic arthritis. There was no significant difference in the SOD activity between PA and OA patients knee joint fluid, which was higher than that in patients with posttraumatic arthritis. The SOD activity in RA knee joint fluid showed no correlation with serum CRP (C-reactive protein) or erythrocyte sedimentation rate, indices of inflammation. According to Larsen's Grading of rtheumatoid knee radiography, patients with moderate RA changes (grade V or W) show higher SOD activity than patients with early (grade T or U) and terminal RA (grade X). Aggregating agents used were 0.5 and 2.0μM ADP as well as 2mM arachidonic acid (AA). Among the healthy controls, a maximum aggregation rate over 18% (ADP 0.5μM) was considered hyperaggregability, those under 47% (ADP 2μM) or under 78% (AA 2mM) consid-ered hypoaggregability. Maximun aggregation rate in patients not given antiplatelt agents widely varied from hyperaggregability to hypoaggregability. There was a positive correlation botween the first sample and the second one gained from each patient. This suggested that individual variation existed on platelet aggregation. Maximum aggregation rate significatly decreased by ticlopidine for ADP and by aspirin for AA. Both ADP and AA should be used for platelet aggregation. Comparison among three groups of different ticlopidine doses revealed that the doses should be decided on the basis of platelet aggregation for each patient. Thrombotic or hemorrhagic complications were observed in only 9 cases. Four of 7 cases of thrombotic complicatiion showed hyperaggregability and only 1 case showed hypoaggregability. Both cases of hemorrhagic complication showed hypoaggregability. These findings suggest that indication for antiplatelet therapy and doses of antiplatelet agent should be decided in consideration of individual variation on platelet aggregation. en-copyright= kn-copyright= en-aut-name=TsushimaYoshimasa en-aut-sei=Tsushima en-aut-mei=Yoshimasa kn-aut-name=津島義正 kn-aut-sei=津島 kn-aut-mei=義正 aut-affil-num=1 ORCID= affil-num=1 en-affil= kn-affil=岡山大学医学部第一外科学教室 en-keyword=血小板凝集能 kn-keyword=血小板凝集能 en-keyword=抗血小板薬 kn-keyword=抗血小板薬 en-keyword=ADP kn-keyword=ADP en-keyword=アラキドン酸 kn-keyword=アラキドン酸 en-keyword=術後遠隔期 kn-keyword=術後遠隔期 END start-ver=1.4 cd-journal=joma no-vol=104 cd-vols= no-issue=3-4 article-no= start-page=331 end-page=340 dt-received= dt-revised= dt-accepted= dt-pub-year=1992 dt-pub=1992 dt-online= en-article= kn-article= en-subject= kn-subject= en-title=Dectection of human papillomavirus genome in papillomas of head and neck region kn-title=頭頸部乳頭種病変におけるヒトパピロ−マウィルスの関与 en-subtitle= kn-subtitle= en-abstract= kn-abstract=To investigate the etiological role of human papillomavirus (HPV), 14 cases of papillomas in head and neck region were examined virologically and clinicopathogically. In this study, both the secretion of IGFBP-3 from a human osteosarcoma cell line MG63 and effects of 1, 25-dihydroxyvitamin D(3) (1,25-(OH)(2)D(3)) on the production of IGFBP-3 were investigated. The β subunit of IGFBP-3 was detected immunocytochemically in the perinuclear cytoplasm of MG63 cells. Immunoblotting and SDS-PAGE analysis revealed that both 140-150KD MW entire molecules and 40-60KD MW β subinit molecules of IGFBP-3 were present in cell-conditionel media. 1,25-(OH)(2)D(3) stimulated the production of the IGFBP-3 molecule by MG63 cells. The concentration of IGFBP-3 conditioned media began to rise at 24 hours after the addtiton of 10(-9)M of 1,25-(OH)(2)D(3) and reached the peak level at 48 hours. Dose-dependent effects of 1,25-(OH)(2)D(3) were demonstrated. These findings show that MG63 produces IGFBP-3 and that 1,25-(OH)(2)D(3) stimulates the production of this protein. These findings suggest that the synergistic effects of 1,25-(OH)(2)D(3) on the action of IGF-I on osteoblastic cells may be modulated by locally produced IGFBP-3. en-copyright= kn-copyright= en-aut-name=MoriwakeTadashi en-aut-sei=Moriwake en-aut-mei=Tadashi kn-aut-name=守分正 kn-aut-sei=守分 kn-aut-mei=正 aut-affil-num=1 ORCID= affil-num=1 en-affil= kn-affil=岡山大学医学部小児科学教室 en-keyword=1,25 (OH)(2)D(3) kn-keyword=1,25 (OH)(2)D(3) en-keyword=insulin-like growth factor binding protein 3 kn-keyword=insulin-like growth factor binding protein 3 en-keyword=human osteosarcoma cell line MG63 kn-keyword=human osteosarcoma cell line MG63 END start-ver=1.4 cd-journal=joma no-vol=104 cd-vols= no-issue=3-4 article-no= start-page=311 end-page=321 dt-received= dt-revised= dt-accepted= dt-pub-year=1992 dt-pub=1992 dt-online= en-article= kn-article= en-subject= kn-subject= en-title=Analysis of varieties on receptor recognition by type 1 fimbriated Escherichia coli kn-title=タイプ1線毛保有大腸菌のレセプター認識能の多様性の解析 en-subtitle= kn-subtitle= en-abstract= kn-abstract=The role of type 1 fimbriae has well been discussed for analyzing the mechanisms of infectious diseases of the urinary tract. In this study, the ability and variety of mannose-receptor recognition in 92 strains of clinically isolated Escherichia coli were examined using various mannose-carriers such as guinea pig red blood cells, Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells and two carriers, latex and liposome. Type 1 fimbriated E. coli showed a variety of reactivity to the receptors on different mannose-carriers. Effects of mannose-carriers and inhibitors in agglutination assays were examined using 48 strongly haemagglutinable strains. In the recognition of Man (1-2) Man-carriers, a high affinity to pNPα-D-mannose was observed in the highly reactive strains to the receptor on liposomes. The MIC ratios of D-mannose to pNPα-D-mannose significantly correlated to the reactivities of these strains to the receptor on the liposome. By the values of MIC ratio, these strains could be classified into two groups ; reactive and non-reactive strains. In the recognition of Man (1-3) Man-carriers, MIC ratios of D-mannose to pNPα-D-mannose differed among more highly reactive strains to Man (1-3) Man-latex, and AUT strains showed stronger reactivity and lower MIC ratio than AUC and ABP strains. This suggest-ed that the necortical seizure develops due to another neuronal mechanism which differs from the mechanism of the limbic seizure. en-copyright= kn-copyright= en-aut-name=SaneiToshifumi en-aut-sei=Sanei en-aut-mei=Toshifumi kn-aut-name=實井俊典 kn-aut-sei=實井 kn-aut-mei=俊典 aut-affil-num=1 ORCID= affil-num=1 en-affil= kn-affil=岡山大学医学部神経精神医学教室 en-keyword=kindling kn-keyword=kindling en-keyword=afterdischarge threshold kn-keyword=afterdischarge threshold en-keyword=transfer phenomenon kn-keyword=transfer phenomenon en-keyword=epilepsy kn-keyword=epilepsy en-keyword=cat kn-keyword=cat END start-ver=1.4 cd-journal=joma no-vol=104 cd-vols= no-issue=3-4 article-no= start-page=259 end-page=266 dt-received= dt-revised= dt-accepted= dt-pub-year=1992 dt-pub=1992 dt-online= en-article= kn-article= en-subject= kn-subject= en-title=Experimental and clinical studies on interferon and its inducers Part 2. β-carboxyethylgermanium sesquioxide (Ge-132) in the management of acute nonlymphocytic leukemia patients at remission phase kn-title=インターフェロン並びにインターフェロン誘発剤に関する基礎的・臨床的研究 第2編 急性非リンパ性白血病寛解期における β-Carboxyethylgermanium sesquioxide (Ge-132) の臨床効果 en-subtitle= kn-subtitle= en-abstract= kn-abstract=The clinieal of Ge-132 in the management of acute nonlymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) patients at remission phase were studied. Twenty-two ANLL patients with complete remission were randomized into Groups A and B. Patients in Group A were treated with the combianation with Ge-132 (2,250mg/day ; p. o daily) and intermittent-alternating chemotherapy 〔daunorubicin, vincristine, cytosine arabinoside and prednisolone (DVCP)/aclarubicin vincristine cytosine arabinoside and prednisolone (AVCP)〕and patients in Groyp B were treated with intermittent-alter nating chemotherapy (DVCP/AVCP) alone. Evaluable patients were 7 in Group A and 10 in Group B. Remission duration and survival time were not significantly different between Groups A and B. (median remission duration ; 5.7 month in Group A vs 8.1 month in Group B/median surival time ; 23.9month in Group A vs 18.3month in Group B) The rates of second remission in relapsed cases were not significantly different between Groups A and B.〔2 of 7,(28.6%) in Group A vs 3 of 10,(30.0%) in B〕Ge-132 did not accelerate the recovery from myelosuppression after intensification with the DVCP regimen. The incidence of liver damage and levels of serum GOT and GPT tended to be lower in Group A than in Group B. In this clinical study the incidence of liver damage tended to be lowere in patients treated with Ge-132. The liver damage which often develops during intensificantion chemotherapy, not only limits the chemotherapy but also causes adverse effects on the quality of life of the patient. In part 1 of this series, Ge-132 was reported to activate the neutrophil chemiluminescence. Ge-132 seems to be useful in the management of ANLL patients not only by the enhancement of the host defense system but also by the prevenation of liver damage. en-copyright= kn-copyright= en-aut-name=FukumotoMitsuhiro en-aut-sei=Fukumoto en-aut-mei=Mitsuhiro kn-aut-name=福本光宏 kn-aut-sei=福本 kn-aut-mei=光宏 aut-affil-num=1 ORCID= affil-num=1 en-affil= kn-affil=岡山大学医学部第二内科学教室 en-keyword=Ge-132 kn-keyword=Ge-132 en-keyword=Biological response modifier kn-keyword=Biological response modifier en-keyword=Acute nonlymphocytic leukemia kn-keyword=Acute nonlymphocytic leukemia en-keyword=Immunotherapy kn-keyword=Immunotherapy END start-ver=1.4 cd-journal=joma no-vol=104 cd-vols= no-issue=3-4 article-no= start-page=247 end-page=258 dt-received= dt-revised= dt-accepted= dt-pub-year=1992 dt-pub=1992 dt-online= en-article= kn-article= en-subject= kn-subject= en-title=Experimental and clinical studies on interferon and its inducers Part 1. The base lines (BLs), peak levels (PLs) and times to PLs (PLs) of neutrophil ChL were examined before, one week and one month after the treatment. The direct effects of IFN-α, Ge-132 and OK-432 on neutrophil ChL were also evaluated by using an in vitro experimental system. PLs were significantly increased one week after the treatment with IFN-α or Ge-132. However, they were decreased to the pretreatment level one month after the treatment. In vitro experimental system IFN-α enhanced PLs of neutrophil ChL showing dose and time dependencies. On the other hand Ge-132 and OK-432 showed no direct effect on neutrophil ChL in vitro. These findings suggest that IFN-α and Ge-132 enhance the host defense mechanism by the activation of neutrophil functions, and also suggest that they have some benefits not only in the clinical management of cancer but also of chronic infection. en-copyright= kn-copyright= en-aut-name=FukumotoMitsuhiro en-aut-sei=Fukumoto en-aut-mei=Mitsuhiro kn-aut-name=福本光宏 kn-aut-sei=福本 kn-aut-mei=光宏 aut-affil-num=1 ORCID= affil-num=1 en-affil= kn-affil=岡山大学医学部第二内科学教室 en-keyword=Interferon kn-keyword=Interferon en-keyword=Ge-132 kn-keyword=Ge-132 en-keyword=Ok-143 kn-keyword=Ok-143 en-keyword=Neutrophil Chemiluminescence kn-keyword=Neutrophil Chemiluminescence END start-ver=1.4 cd-journal=joma no-vol=104 cd-vols= no-issue=3-4 article-no= start-page=241 end-page=246 dt-received= dt-revised= dt-accepted= dt-pub-year=1992 dt-pub=1992 dt-online= en-article= kn-article= en-subject= kn-subject= en-title=The effect of cyclosporin A on liver regeneration kn-title=肝再生に及ぼす Cyclosporin A の影響 en-subtitle= kn-subtitle= en-abstract= kn-abstract=When lymphokine activiated killer cells (LAK cell) induced by IL-2 are infused into the same strain C(3)H mice following 70% partial hepatectomy, they display an action to suppress liver regeneration. Therefore, when Cyclosporin A (CsA) which inhibits IL-2 production was administerd to mice following partial hepatectomy, we studied as our indicator the labeling index of hepatic parenchyma cells using Brdu. Our findings showed that proliferation of live cells at 36 hours following partial hepatectomy was promoted by CsA, and the streongest promotion occuring at a dose of 5mg/kg. Before anf after hepatectomy when CsA was administered at 10mg/kg for 3 dadys, a further strong proliferation increasing effect was observed, and under these conditions at 48 and 60 hours after hepatectomy a significant increase in liver weight was observed. Give the above results, CsA it thought to have a promoting effect in liver regeneration following hepatectomy. en-copyright= kn-copyright= en-aut-name=YamamotoHiroshi en-aut-sei=Yamamoto en-aut-mei=Hiroshi kn-aut-name=山本浩史 kn-aut-sei=山本 kn-aut-mei=浩史 aut-affil-num=1 ORCID= affil-num=1 en-affil= kn-affil=岡山大学医学部第一外科学教室 en-keyword=Cyclosporin A kn-keyword=Cyclosporin A en-keyword=肝再生 kn-keyword=肝再生 END start-ver=1.4 cd-journal=joma no-vol=104 cd-vols= no-issue=3-4 article-no= start-page=235 end-page=239 dt-received= dt-revised= dt-accepted= dt-pub-year=1992 dt-pub=1992 dt-online= en-article= kn-article= en-subject= kn-subject= en-title=Cationic iron colloid as a mounting mediator of biological microsamples for scanning electron microscopy kn-title=陽性荷電鉄コロイドを用いた走査電顕用微小生物試料の載台 en-subtitle= kn-subtitle= en-abstract= kn-abstract=Ferric chloride, when boiled with hydrazine hydrate and cacodylic acid, is converted into a fine cationic iron colloid. Intracerebroventricularly injected KA and QA (100nmol) induced spike discharges, and pCB-PzDA (100nmol) suppressed electrocorticograms (ECoG) for 1 hour. pCB-PzDA aggravated KA induced spike discharges and inhibited QA-induced spike discharges. Dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPAC) and homovanillic acid (HVA) levels increased transitorily by injection of 100nmol and continuously by injection of 100nmol of KA. KA increased the 5-hydroxyindoleachtic acid (5-HIAA) level 2 hours after the administration dose-dependently. Though 10nmol of QA increased the HVA level slightly, 100nmol of QA increased the DOPAC, HVA and 5-HIAA levels. Though 100nmol of pCB-PzDA increased the DOPAC and HVA levels, it inhibited the increases in DOPAC, HVA and 5-HIAA levels induced by KA. On the other hand,pCB-PzDA inhibited the increases in DOPAC, HVA and 5-HIAA levels induced by QA for 1 hour, after which the DOPAC and HVA levels increased additively. These finding suggest that pCB-PzDA acts not only as a non-NMDA antagonist but also on dopaminergic neurons directly. en-copyright= kn-copyright= en-aut-name=YamamotoMasatsune en-aut-sei=Yamamoto en-aut-mei=Masatsune kn-aut-name=山本正恒 kn-aut-sei=山本 kn-aut-mei=正恒 aut-affil-num=1 ORCID= affil-num=1 en-affil= kn-affil=岡山大学医学部脳代謝研究施設機能生化学部門 en-keyword=kainic acid kn-keyword=kainic acid en-keyword=quisqualic acid kn-keyword=quisqualic acid en-keyword=pCB-PzDA kn-keyword=pCB-PzDA en-keyword=brain dialysis kn-keyword=brain dialysis en-keyword=monoamine metabolism kn-keyword=monoamine metabolism END start-ver=1.4 cd-journal=joma no-vol=104 cd-vols= no-issue=3-4 article-no= start-page=205 end-page=219 dt-received= dt-revised= dt-accepted= dt-pub-year=1992 dt-pub=1992 dt-online= en-article= kn-article= en-subject= kn-subject= en-title=Typological interrelationships of the human scalenus muscles, brachial plexus and subclavian artery kn-title=類型学的にみた斜角筋, 腕神経叢, 鎖骨下動脈の相互関係 en-subtitle= kn-subtitle= en-abstract= kn-abstract=Dissection of 227 Japanese adult cadavers showed that the scaleus anterior and medius muscles are interconnected with each other by some muscle bundles which run between the roots of the plexus brachialis.
