Therefore. it is often difficult to introduce a. social resource to such families. The purpose of this study is to clarify the status of usage of illness patients at visiting nursing stations. and find the problems of family care with such patients. The visiting nurses were surveyed about their experience that introducing social resources to families. Questionnaire survey were administered on the 126 visiting nursing stations of O prefecture, that had an experience to introduce social resources to such families. The valid answers from 64 visiting nursing stations (50.8% of surveyed) were obtained. As a result, 93.8% of visiting nursing stations were utilized by mental illness. The illnesses of patients were dementia, depression and schizophrenia, and had been accepted at 57, 28, and 17 facilities respectively. More than half of facilities had introduced social resources to mental illness patients at first of the service beginning. But some of them feel troublesome to care mental illness patient, and seek for information about psychiatric nursing. kn-abstract=精神疾患患者への訪問看護における問題を検討する基礎資料とするため,O県の訪問看護ステーションにおける精神疾患患者の利用状況と訪問看護師の利用者への社会資源導入経験の有無を明らかにすることを目的として調査を実施した。 en-copyright= kn-copyright= en-aut-name=WatanabeKumi en-aut-sei=Watanabe en-aut-mei=Kumi kn-aut-name=渡邉久美 kn-aut-sei=渡邉 kn-aut-mei=久美 aut-affil-num=1 ORCID= en-aut-name=SumiyoshiKazuko en-aut-sei=Sumiyoshi en-aut-mei=Kazuko kn-aut-name=住吉和子 kn-aut-sei=住吉 kn-aut-mei=和子 aut-affil-num=2 ORCID= en-aut-name=MorimotoMichiko en-aut-sei=Morimoto en-aut-mei=Michiko kn-aut-name=森本美智子 kn-aut-sei=森本 kn-aut-mei=美智子 aut-affil-num=3 ORCID= en-aut-name=OkanoHatsue en-aut-sei=Okano en-aut-mei=Hatsue kn-aut-name=岡野初枝 kn-aut-sei=岡野 kn-aut-mei=初枝 aut-affil-num=4 ORCID= affil-num=1 en-affil= kn-affil=岡山大学医学部保健学科看護学専攻 affil-num=2 en-affil= kn-affil=岡山大学医学部保健学科看護学専攻 affil-num=3 en-affil= kn-affil=岡山大学医学部保健学科看護学専攻 affil-num=4 en-affil= kn-affil=岡山大学医学部保健学科看護学専攻 en-keyword=社会資源 (Social resource) kn-keyword=社会資源 (Social resource) en-keyword=訪問看護 (Visiting nursing station) kn-keyword=訪問看護 (Visiting nursing station) en-keyword=精神疾患 (Mental illness) kn-keyword=精神疾患 (Mental illness) en-keyword=実態調査 (Survey) kn-keyword=実態調査 (Survey) END start-ver=1.4 cd-journal=joma no-vol=15 cd-vols= no-issue=2 article-no= start-page=63 end-page=69 dt-received= dt-revised= dt-accepted= dt-pub-year=2005 dt-pub=20050331 dt-online= en-article= kn-article= en-subject= kn-subject= en-title=Investigation of the tracheal suctioning-related microbialcolonization in home care patients with tracheotomy kn-title=気管内吸引を必要とする在宅療養患者の感染管理の実態 en-subtitle= kn-subtitle= en-abstract=Microbial colonization related to tracheal toilet was investigated in three home care patients who had tracheotomy with or without mechanical ventilation. We focused on the manipulation of suctioning tube to develop a effective and low-cost guidline for infection control. Tracheal suctioning was doned by wife in all the patients. Catheters used for suctioning was generally wiped with alcohol, washed in deionized or boiled water, and stored in alcohol-wiped container or immersed in 0.05% gluconate chlorhexizine. Catheter was changed into new one every 1.5 to 7 days. Samples were obtained from catheter, water used for washing, container as well as patients and their caregivers, and cultured on agar culture plate for Staphylococcus aureus, or Escherichia coli. Colonization of gauze around tracheotomy and water used for washing was detected in two patinets. E. coli and S. aureus were common organism colonizing gauze around tracheotomy. Therefore, it was suggested that the manipulation of the tracheal suctioning in home care influence on microbial colonization. kn-abstract=気管内吸引を必要とする在宅療養患者に対し,安全で経済的な感染管理方法を検討するため,在宅ケアにおける気管内吸引の実態と,吸引関連物品の細菌学的調査を実施した。 en-copyright= kn-copyright= en-aut-name=WatanabeKumi en-aut-sei=Watanabe en-aut-mei=Kumi kn-aut-name=渡邉久美 kn-aut-sei=渡邉 kn-aut-mei=久美 aut-affil-num=1 ORCID= en-aut-name=KanzakiHitomi en-aut-sei=Kanzaki en-aut-mei=Hitomi kn-aut-name=菅崎仁美 kn-aut-sei=菅崎 kn-aut-mei=仁美 aut-affil-num=2 ORCID= en-aut-name=SendaYoshiko en-aut-sei=Senda en-aut-mei=Yoshiko kn-aut-name=千田好子 kn-aut-sei=千田 kn-aut-mei=好子 aut-affil-num=3 ORCID= en-aut-name=OkamotoMotoi en-aut-sei=Okamoto en-aut-mei=Motoi kn-aut-name=岡本基 kn-aut-sei=岡本 kn-aut-mei=基 aut-affil-num=4 ORCID= affil-num=1 en-affil= kn-affil=岡山大学医学部保健学科看護学専攻 affil-num=2 en-affil= kn-affil=岡山訪問看護ステーション看護協会 affil-num=3 en-affil= kn-affil=岡山大学医学部保健学科看護学専攻 affil-num=4 en-affil= kn-affil=岡山大学医学部保健学科検査技術科学専攻 en-keyword=感染管理 (Infection control) kn-keyword=感染管理 (Infection control) en-keyword=気管内吸引 (tracheal suctioning) kn-keyword=気管内吸引 (tracheal suctioning) en-keyword=在宅ケア (home care) kn-keyword=在宅ケア (home care) en-keyword=介護者 (caregiver) kn-keyword=介護者 (caregiver) END start-ver=1.4 cd-journal=joma no-vol=15 cd-vols= no-issue=2 article-no= start-page=51 end-page=62 dt-received= dt-revised= dt-accepted= dt-pub-year=2005 dt-pub=20050331 dt-online= en-article= kn-article= en-subject= kn-subject= en-title=Interprofessional education and training for collaborative work by nurses and care-workers in a special nursing home with small-scale care units kn-title=ユニットケアに取り組む特別養護老人ホームの看護職と介護職の協働と教育 en-subtitle= kn-subtitle= en-abstract=The purpose of this study was to identify the interprofessional education and training necessary to achieve teamwork between nurses and care-workers in small-scale care units within special nursing homes. The study design employed an inductive qualitative method. Data were collected from two nurses and three care-workers through personal interviews. Qualitative inductive analysis was used to obtain results. The present situation regarding care in small-scale care units by the two occupational categories was clarified as followed: 1) Despite attempts to work as a team, there were persistent differences in understanding the role of each worker and approach between the two occupational categories, leaving gaps in care. and 2) the care providers in both categories were willing to receive education and training to improve their professional skills and knowledge in order to play their expected roles. For future education, the following training programs were considered to be necessary to achieve cooperation among the two groups in performing the work: 1) a program that helps nurses master practical problemsolving skills, as expertise in problem-solving is expected of nurses in special nursing homes, 2) a program that helps care-workers to enhance their abilities for self-directed study at their level and according to their needs, so that people with various educational backgrounds and needs can obtain knowledge, skills, and ability to practice care. and 3) a program in which both nurses and care-workers can develop mutual respect for the expertise required by each occupation and that will produce synergistic effects on overall care. kn-abstract=本研究の目的は,ユニットケアに取り組む特別養護老人ホームにおいて,看護職と介護職の協働の状況を明らかにし,協働していく上で両職種が必要とする教育の方向性の示唆を得ることである。 (Small Scale Care Units) END
