Based on Bandura's self-efficacy theory and on a concept of "speech and action for clue" proposed by Kawaguchi et al, the nursing care was discussed. The results were as follows : (1) Nurses made positive environments in which for the patient to express his emotion frankly through nurse's acceptable and empathic manner. (2) Nurses appropriately caught the patient's speech and action as clue to change in his behavior. (3) Nurses helped the patient consider his behavioral objectives that he can carry out by himself. Among 119 patients we investigated, at least 90% of them experienced increased positive feelings about their lives after receiving a renal transplant, whereas three of them answered differently. The purpose of this study is to analyze the complaints of three recipients after renal transplantation. Factors such as age, gender, marital status, time-course after transplant, and type of kidney transplant are included in the study. As a result, their complaints are differentiated into 4 categories : (1) status of transplanted kidney and their own health, (2) status of medical support, or assistance from their friends and others, (3) situation of their immediate family, (4) a grade of their ability to fulfill their social and familial responsibilities. The KG-SIV (Kikuchi-Gordon Survey of Interpersonal Values) was administered twice at the beginning of the program. The subjects described 'self' for the first testing, while they described 'ideal nurse' for the second testing. Their scores on the self and the ideal nurse were compared with those obtained for three cohorts of nursing students who started the three-year course of nursing program in 1990, 1993 and 1996, respectively. Their scores on self were also compared with the scores obtained for four-year course students not majoring in nursing. Analyses showed that compared to the students not majoring in nursing the four-year course nursing students rated the values of Benevolence and Conformity as more important, while they rated the values of Support, Recognition and Independence as less important. Their scores were simliar to the scores given by the three-year course nursing students. Also, the values of Support and Independence increased while those of Benevolence decreased across the four cohorts of nursing students. It was concluded that nursing students hold distinctive interpersonal values as compared to non-nurses irrespective of their particular nursing program. The data were collected from conference records written by 47 students. And the contents of conference recoeds were analyzed by means of content analysis. The conference records were divided into 3 categories and 8 subcategories. The following results were obtained. @During the first week, almost all students felt lost concerning the elderly, but during the next week, students strived to understand them better. AIn the geriatic hospital, the students learned characteristics of the aged by taking care of them. In the home for the aged, the students learned the importance of individual care by helping them. And so they have been expected to be rationalized. Therefore, we first reviewed the present conditions of these working environment measurement and elucidated the relationship between surface and airborne contamination in radiation controlled areas. Second, we reviewed the qualities of several surface contamination measurements such as smear test and possibilities for their improvement. In addition, the influences on density control or their comparisons by the difference way of preserving film between regular and orthochromatic films have been hardly reported until now. In this paper, three ways of preserving films were employed, which were at a room temperature, in a refrigeration and in a freezer after the films were opened, using a regular film, Fuji new-RX and three orthochromatic films, Konica SR-G, SR-V and SR-H. We investigated the influences on gross fog, speed index and average gradient of four films on three different ways of preserving film for 35 weeks. As a result, new-RX film wasn't influenced by the ways of the preservation. On the other hand, the orthochromatic films were so influences sensitively that the films couldn't be used for density control. Variations of human limb electrical impedance during biodynamics were caused by variations of equivalent cross sectional area of muscle and variations of blood volume. However these variations could not be directly measured. Therefore quantitative discussions about relation between the impedance and these variations have been insufficient. In this work, we explained variations of the impedance with variations of parameters of an equivalent circuit. The model of impedance was Cole-Cole type. The equivalent circuit consisted of five individual parameters as follows : extracellular fluid resistance, 'Re', intracellular fluid resistance, 'Ri', characteristic frequency of dispersion, 'fm' and parameters of dispersion of relaxation time, 'α' and 'β'. Impedances of forearm and upper arm were measured with four electrode method during flexion and extension of joints in upper limb. The ratio of variations of equivalent series resistance R was linear-approximated using the above mentioned parameters. The influences of parameters on variations of R was confirmed. R was strongly influenced by Re and Ri, However there were differences between influence of Re and that of Ri in difference measured part and difference joint movement. This showed the conditibn of the muscle. In case of the maximum flexion of the elbow joint, R of upper arm was influenced by fm. This means that a polarization of cell membrane changes and influences impedance during movement.
