Abstract
we encountered a case (47-years male) supected of lymphosarcoma of jejunum by our preoperative X-ray examination, and confirmed the case to be truely of lymphosarcoma of jejunum at operation. Some discussion is made on this case. It is the fourth such cases so far reported in Japan.
