Using rats, the author experimented the influence of the refined Vitamin B(2) upon the fixation of liver glycogen and obtained the following results. 1) On the lack of Vitamin, all quantity of glycogen in liver decreased. 2) The quantity of glycogen in liver increased by the injection of Vitamin B(2). 3) From the results mentioned above, Vitamin B(2) is one of causes to make a good influence upon the fixation of liver glycogen.
