Abstract
The by-effects of blood transfusion could be clinically prevented by using Ravonal or Anergen before transfusion. In all cases who had by-effects by transfusion, a marked decrease of γ-globulin was observed. No distinct changes of the serum protein fractions were seen by the blood transfusion up to the amonnt of 100-125 cc, when no by-effects occurred.
