The author attempted to reexamine the Walter Schlör's test of pregnancy which was reported in Deut. med. Wochschr. Dezember 1950. The results of the examination were summarized as follows: 1. The positive reaction was at the rate of 78.0% in pregnant women, while 13, 4% in normal ones. 2. The rate of positive reaction was much higher in the later stage of pregnancy than in the early stage. 3. This test was not influenced by tuberculosis, syphilis and uterus cancer. 4. Physical work had no influence upon this test.
